Blue Magic in it's essence, is a blend between the highest quality coffee beans grown in Meru, Central Province Kenya, renowned among coffee lovers. Where the minerals in the volcanic soil and the high altitude enables exquisite flavour and high density of the beans. Which are furthermore hand-picked over a period of weeks, when the individual beans are perfectly ripe and lastly processed through washing, fermented in water tanks and dried under the sun.
The perfection of these variables, combined with not blending the coffee with lower quality beans, or beans from any other regions, is what defines the blends purity in taste.
You will find that the coffee will distinguish itself from other coffees, with a pronounced but smooth acidity, a full body and a classic regional flavour profile with notes of berries. To get the most out of the raw-coffee quality, the roast profile will be medium roasted.
